Congratulations for your new tattoo! Our job is done but yours begins right now.
Day 1
24 hours after wrapping the tattoo in plastic film (the one we placed in the studio), remove it and take a warm shower. Wash carefully with soft soap and rinse thoroughly with clear warm water. Then rinse with cold water. This treatment might be painful, but necessary, so don't skip it! Dry carefully and put a thin layer of Flammazine on it. Spread and smeard deeply with care.
Immediately after, cover it with cellophane. Attach the plastic with hypoallergic bandaid. Warning ! After the treatment in the tattoo shop, never use Vaseline again, because it blocks the skin and macerates the wound, instead of healing it.
Day 2 - Day 4
Repeat this treatment once a day, for 4 days. Warning ! If the cellophane gets loose and the tattoo comes completely or partly in contact with air (and scabs are formed), you may never put cellophane again. If so, it could cause an infection and damage to your tattoo.
Day 5
After 4 days of covering with plastic, you can use a hydrating cream, or milk until your skin finds its normal aspect again. Until the fifth day, it is possible that your tattoo is still tender to the touch. This is normal, because only the upper layer of the skin has healed. Depending on the person it could take 2 or 3 weeks for the tattoo to heal completely.Warning ! No sun bed, sun, sand, sea, sauna, pool, or sport during the healing process and avoid any direct contact with cat hair (carries hepatitis virus). We made your tattoo under sterilized conditions and with the right techniques. If you follow our pescribed treatment, you'll get the best result. If you don't (and we'll notice it...), later touch-ups will being paid for.
